How do family members get an account?
There is no public sign-up for family members; every account is issued by the endowment office.
Collect your account
Visit the endowment office with your national ID to receive a username and an initial password.
Change the password
On first sign-in, replace the initial password with a strong personal one.
Complete your profile
Add your details, lineage, bank IBAN and copies of your documents.
Approval unlocks services
Once the office approves it, member services such as the membership card and request forms open for you.
