The earlier you cancel, the more of your payment is refunded.

7 days or more before start 20% withheld

Between 3 days and 7 days before start 50% withheld

Less than 3 days before start No refund

The fee is based on the time left until the start (check-in or event start) when you cancel. Unpaid bookings are cancelled free of charge.
